Our Commitment

LongevityMap was born with a clear mission: to bring transparency, criteria, and rigor to a sector where complexity, information asymmetry, and quality differences between clinics can make informed decision-making difficult.

Our work is supported by an active network of doctors, specialists, and professionals in the longevity field, with whom we verify information, analyze real protocols, and stay constantly updated on the most relevant advances internationally.

This project has been designed to help users navigate an environment where significant differences may exist in treatments, prices, and clinical standards, providing a structured, honest, and data-based perspective.

Although LongevityMap does not constitute a medical service, we are committed to acting with the highest level of integrity, being transparent about the limitations of our system, and always prioritizing user safety and interest above any commercial consideration.

1. About Quality Scores

The quality scores (0-100) we assign to clinics are indicative and based on data declared by the clinics themselves (equipment, qualifications, protocols) partially verified through documentation and user reviews. A high score does not guarantee results, does not imply medical approval of the treatment, does not replace a personalized medical evaluation, and may not reflect recent changes at the clinic.

Scores are updated periodically but may not reflect the current situation of the clinic at all times.

2. About Our Recommendation System (My Protocol)

Our recommendation system is based on a proprietary strict analysis model that integrates a methodological framework developed from over 500 clinical and operational parameters, previously validated by sector specialists. These parameters include, among others, variables related to user goals, general physiological context, budget, geographic location, international clinical standards, and real practices observed in leading longevity medicine centers.

Protocol design is supported by:

  • Continuous review of relevant scientific literature
  • Comparative analysis of clinics and treatments internationally
  • Verification with medical professionals and sector experts
  • Evaluation of real trends in preventive medicine and longevity

As a result, the recommendations offered represent an expert and structured curation of the best currently available options, prioritizing coherence, quality, and practical applicability.

However, this system does not replace an individualized medical assessment nor does it incorporate the user's complete clinical history. Therefore, any final decision should be validated with a qualified healthcare professional. Improvement estimates associated with protocols are based on scientific evidence and aggregated data, and should be interpreted as indicative references within a general context, not as personalized predictions.

3. About Price Labels

Price labels (fair, slightly elevated, overpriced, bargain) are calculated by comparing with the market median and may not reflect factors such as the clinic's premium location, additional services included, level of treatment personalization, or specific operational costs. A price labeled as "overpriced" does not imply that the clinic is fraudulent, as there may be legitimate factors justifying the price.

4. About Listed Treatments

The longevity and biohacking treatments listed on LongevityMap vary in their level of scientific evidence. Some have extensive evidence (e.g., exercise, nutrition), others have emerging evidence (e.g., cryotherapy, NAD+), and others are experimental. LongevityMap does not evaluate or validate the intrinsic efficacy of treatments, but rather the quality of service delivery by the clinic, including protocols, standards, team experience, and overall consistency.

In this context, certain procedures may be part of innovative medical approaches or advanced clinical use within the field of preventive medicine and longevity. Therefore, their application should always be understood within a professional framework and evaluated individually with a qualified specialist.

5. Contraindications and Risks

Some longevity treatments may present contraindications or potential risks depending on the individual profile. It is important that, before starting any treatment, the user informs the clinic of their complete medical history, confirms the suitability of the procedure with a healthcare professional, and adequately reviews the informed consent.

The final responsibility for the indication, application, and follow-up of any treatment lies with the clinic and the corresponding healthcare professional.

6. User Reviews

Reviews published on LongevityMap reflect each user's individual experience and do not constitute medical evidence. Biomarker data shared in reviews is self-reported and has not been clinically verified.

Responsible Use and Medical Considerations

LongevityMap is an information and comparison platform designed to provide criteria and context in the field of longevity. It does not replace the assessment of a qualified healthcare professional.

Before starting any treatment, it is recommended to evaluate each case individually with a specialist.
