Terms and Conditions of Use

LongevityMap (hereinafter, "the Platform") is a comparison and information service for longevity clinics and treatments, operated by José Rosa Cobos, with registered address at Calle Espirea N1 (hereinafter, "the Owner").

Accessing and using the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

LongevityMap is an information and comparison platform. It is NOT a medical, healthcare, or health advisory service. The Platform does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend medical treatments.

Quality scores are indicative and based on data declared by clinics and partially verified through documentation and user reviews. They do not constitute a guarantee of quality or results.

Recommendations generated by our system are indicative and do not replace the advice of a qualified medical professional. Always consult your doctor before starting any treatment.

LongevityMap acts as an intermediary between users and clinics. The Platform facilitates the connection between both parties but is NOT responsible for the services provided by clinics, including treatment quality, results obtained, possible adverse effects, the accuracy of information provided by the clinic, or any dispute between the user and the clinic.

The contractual relationship for treatment is established directly between the user and the clinic, not with LongevityMap.

To access certain features (My Protocol, leaving reviews, requesting appointments), creating an account is required. The user agrees to provide truthful information, maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials, not create multiple or fraudulent accounts, and be over 18 years of age.

LongevityMap reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

The Platform offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Premium plan (EUR 9.99/month) with extended features. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS certified payment provider. LongevityMap does not store credit card data.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Users can cancel at any time from their user dashboard, retaining Premium access until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Users may leave reviews of clinics they have visited through the Platform. Reviews must be honest, based on real experience, and must not contain defamatory, false, or hateful content. LongevityMap reserves the right to moderate and remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

By publishing a review, the user grants LongevityMap a non-exclusive license to display said content on the Platform.

LongevityMap's scoring system uses a weighted algorithm based on objective data (equipment, professionals, protocol, results). Scores CANNOT be purchased or altered by clinics through payment. Clinics with a Premium profile have access to additional features but scoring is identical to that of clinics with a free profile.

Price labels (fair, slightly elevated, overpriced, bargain) are calculated by comparing with the market median and are updated periodically. They are indicative and do not constitute an absolute valuation.

LongevityMap shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or information provided therein, decisions made based on scores or recommendations, results of treatments performed at listed clinics, or the accuracy of data provided by clinics.

The user assumes responsibility for verifying information and consulting with medical professionals before any health decision.

All content on the Platform (texts, designs, algorithms, code, logos) is the property of LongevityMap or is used under appropriate license. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

LongevityMap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to registered users by email and published on this page with the update date.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts in Spain.
